Reverend Colleen Cox
Pastor Colleen came to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in August of 2010. She earned her M.Div. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia in 2004. Her first call was the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Yardley, where she served as the Associate Minister for 5 years. Pastor Colleen is also currently serving as the Dean of the Pocono Mission District of NEPA Synod and the Chair of the Wallenpaupack Clergy Association. She has a passion for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, encouraging leaders to share the good news, building relationships both inside and outside the walls of the church, working with the youth, and creating an engaged and mission centered place of worship. She is excited by the opportunities to work ecumenically both within and beyond the town of Hawley and believes that God is active and alive in the world and she is always looking for ways to be involved with God’s mission in the world. Pastor Colleen is the proud mother of two daughters, loves to exercise, read, garden, and cook.
